1. Email Readings
Your personalised tarot reading will be sent directly to your email within 24 to 72 hours of purchase.
If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your reading within this time frame, I will notify you with an updated delivery estimate or offer a refund.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout to avoid delays.
If your reading does not appear in your inbox, remember to check your spam or junk folder.
2. Zoom Readings & Distance Healing
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure Zoom link before your scheduled session.
At the appointed time, simply click the link to join your reading or healing session. Please have Zoom installed and ready beforehand.
Client Responsibilities:
Camera: For security and to ensure a genuine connection, your camera must remain on during the session. If the camera is off, the session cannot continue.
Attire & Environment: Please be appropriately dressed and in a quiet, private space. If excessive disruptions or an unsuitable environment make it impossible to continue, the session may need to be ended early.
Distractions & Pets: Please keep background noise and pets to a minimum so the session can run smoothly.
Technical Issues:
On My End: If I experience unexpected technical issues (such as an internet outage), I will reschedule your session at no cost, or provide a refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
On Client’s End: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a working camera, and Zoom access. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for client-side issues.
Follow-Up:
All insights and guidance are provided within the scheduled session. No additional follow-up emails are included unless agreed in advance for specific services.

3. In-Person Readings & Reiki Healing (Currently Unavailable)
When available, in-person sessions will take place at my home near Wylde Green, Birmingham.

Sessions are always conducted in a private and professional setting for your comfort and well-being.
