After purchasing a Zoom reading, you will receive a link to your email before the session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join the live reading, where we will explore your questions together in real-time.
Camera Requirement: For security and to ensure a genuine connection, your camera must remain on during the session. If the camera is switched off, the session cannot continue.
One-Person Policy: Readings are intended for one person only. Please ensure no additional participants join the call, as this affects the energy and focus of the reading.
6. Do you offer distance Reiki healing?
Yes, I offer distant Reiki healing sessions, which can be just as effective as in-person sessions. I also provide chakra balancing via distance using my pendulum to assess and balance your energy centres.
7. Do you offer Reiki for animals?
Yes, I can send distance Reiki healing to animals. However, I do not offer in-person Reiki sessions for animals.

I create a sacred space, ground myself, and call in spiritual guides. After focusing on your question, I shuffle the deck and allow the cards to fall naturally. I then confirm the correct cards using my pendulum. Once the reading is complete, I will type up my insights and send them to you via email.
2. Can I ask multiple questions in a single tarot reading?
Yes, depending on the spread you choose. The more cards in a spread, the more insights we can explore around your question or situation.
3. Can I have a reading about any topic?
Yes, I can provide guidance on a range of topics including relationships, career, personal growth, and more. However, I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
4. Do you need my birthdate for the tarot reading?
No, I don’t require birthdates for my readings. I do ask for your first name to connect to your energy, and for relationship readings, additional names can help focus the reading, but they are optional.

1. What is Reiki, and how does it work?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps to balance the body’s energy system. As a Reiki Master, I channel healing energy through my hands (or at a distance) to help clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing at all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
2. What are the benefits of Reiki?
Reiki can help with stress reduction, emotional clarity, physical healing, pain relief, and deep relaxation. It works holistically to promote overall well-being.
3. How do distance Reiki sessions work?
In a distance Reiki session, I focus on your energy from afar, using Reiki symbols to channel healing energy to you. I can also perform chakra balancing remotely using a pendulum to check and align your energy centres.
4. What happens in a Zoom Reiki session?
During a Zoom Reiki session, you will be in a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. I will guide you through the session while sending Reiki energy to you.
Camera Requirement: Please keep your camera on during the session so we can stay connected. It doesn’t need to be pointed directly at you — as long as I can see you are present and we can hear one another, that is fine.
5. Do you teach Reiki courses?
Yes, I offer Reiki Levels 1, 2, and Master Level courses. These courses are taught in-person at my home near Wylde Green, Birmingham, and are designed to guide you through the process of learning and practicing Reiki.
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies
1. What happens if I miss my Zoom tarot reading or Reiki session?
If you do not attend your scheduled session, no refund will be given. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; after that, the session is cancelled with full payment taken.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule your session.
3. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your reading or Reiki session. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.
4. Are my details kept private?
Yes, all readings and client details are kept strictly confidential. I do not store or share your personal information.
